Who must fast — who is obligated, the intention (niyyah), and common valid reasons to miss a fast.
Valid excuses & missed fasts — illness, travel, pregnancy/breastfeeding, and how to make up (qadā) correctly.
Menstruation & post-natal bleeding — key rulings that affect fasting, worship, and how to resume correctly.
What breaks the fast — real-life scenarios (medicine, drops, inhalers, vomiting, injections) and common misunderstandings.
Suḥūr & ifṭār sunnahs — timings, duʿā, and avoiding frequent “timing mistakes” at the start/end of the fast.
Fidyah & kaffārah basics — when each applies, who pays, and simple examples to avoid confusion.
Tarāwīḥ, witr & qiyām — essentials for praying in the masjid or at home, and how to keep it manageable.
Laylatul Qadr & iʿtikāf — what to aim for, what counts, and practical guidance for sisters.
Zakah & ṣadaqah quick guide — simple reminders, common mistakes, and a lightweight home Ramadan plan.
